SentinelOne is a next generation endpoint protection program with advanced security.

Each computer will have an agent installed. 

If a detection occurs, the information and logs are relayed to the SOC “Security Operations Center” where a live person will investigate issues 24/7/365. 

They will attempt to eliminate and remediate the threat. 

In the most serious circumstances, they will isolate the machine so it can only communicate with SentinelOne.

Once the machine is verified safe, they will remove it from isolation.
