Managed Services - RMM (remote monitoring and management)

The RMM (remote monitoring and management) agent will collect statistics, intelligent monitoring, and creating tickets for issues. 


The Midwest IT NOC (Network Operations Center) will address all tickets related to the machines except for SentinelOne threats. 


Once the agent is installed, we can do the following:

● Push/uninstall applications approved by the organization policy. 

● Receive notifications and alerts on machines.  

● Approve and push Windows Updates at a regular cadence. 

● Remote into machines.
